Workshop for khb teachers in German.

The Peer-to-Peer Learning offers the opportunity to discuss topics from the previous workshops in greater depth with reference to your own practice and teaching. Peer-to-Peer-Learning is a method in which colleagues support each other through mutual consultation according to a predefined time structure. Everyone can bring along a question to be discussed together in a small group. The structure is determined and guided by the moderator.
This session is specifically designed to discuss questions related to the own practice in the context of diversity-sensitive and power-critical teaching. Also topics that have already been discussed in the other workshops of the series can be brought in.

Lara Chahal (she/her) works with +dimensions as a diversity trainer. In addition to facilitating internal workshops and providing personal consultation for +dimensions members, she curates the workshop series Reviewing our Teaching Practice. Lara has worked with and managed various spaces and networks for community culture and self-organization. She combines power-critical approaches in project management and production with practices of solidarity and space making for the specific needs within this field of work. In this context, she consults cultural and educational institutions and accompanies organizational development and transformation processes.
